A digital twin is only as reliable as the architecture beneath it. Asset relationships are stored as a graph, not as rows in a table, preserving the connections between every asset, document, live reading, maintenance record and decision.

Operational data is handled by purpose-built layers: time-series storage for sensor history, columnar infrastructure for high-volume analysis, and vector search for documents and operational context. Multiple users can work in the same environment without conflicting records. The result is a digital twin built for accuracy, scale and operational trust.

Shipped the 3D asset twin, binding equipment models to live sensor and historian streams

Added the prediction engine for anomaly detection and remaining-useful-life forecasting

Opened the platform with a Go-based core and APIs, ready for enterprise deployment at scale
