The rules that govern how you and Muono work together — laid out clearly, so nothing is left to guesswork.
This is the deal between you and Muono. It covers what we provide, what we expect from you, and where each side's responsibilities start and stop. We've kept it readable on purpose.
Access to the Muono platform — the connected twin, the builders, the agents, and everything described in your order. We work to keep it running and improving, and we'll tell you in advance about changes that materially affect how you use it.
Use Muono for your legitimate operations, keep your credentials secure, and don't try to break, copy, or resell the platform. You're responsible for the data you connect and for making sure you have the right to connect it.
Muono's agents act within the limits you set. You define what each agent can touch and how confident it must be before it acts. That control is yours — which also means the automations you configure, and what they do in your environment, are your responsibility to scope and supervise.
What we commit to on availability and support is set out in your service agreement. This page points to it; it doesn't replace it.
We stand behind the platform, but there are limits on what we're responsible for — the specifics are in the full terms. Industrial operations carry real-world risk, and Muono is a tool your team operates, not a substitute for your own safety and compliance obligations.
Either side can end the agreement under the conditions described here. If that happens, you keep the right to retrieve your data, and we stop processing it.
